A project with digital technology and applications at its heart, to improve existing business processes, efficiency, business models or to enhance customer experience. As a direct result, the project will have led to the improvement of the wider business in terms of growth, revenue, or sustainability.

A business that can demonstrate an outstanding initiative, boldness, and imagination, as well as sound management accounting practices, which have resulted in sustainable growth and commercial success. The business may also have had a positive impact on the wider community and local economy, that is exceptional for the size of the company.

A public sector team which can demonstrate how it has embedded a culture of innovation and improvement to ensure it is continuously providing value for the wider public.
